Original Blue (初蓝) is a small kiln based in Jingdezhen. Its founder, Zeng Yunfei, specialises in a sprinkled blue glaze with relief features. The handmade, individual pieces have a white, raised-relief motif, alongside the characteristic ‘starry-night’, deep blue background, achieved through the sprinkled glaze.
