7572 is a ripe Pu'er tea from the Menghai Tea Factory, now producing under the TaeTea label. Ripe Pu'er uses a controlled and stable fermentation process to develop its flavour, resulting in a more consistent product.

When stored in cool, dry conditions, Pu'er tea does not degrade. Indeed, many varieties noticeably improve when aged, and are intentionally kept many years before drinking.

Earthy and woody tones, with a finish of caramel sweetness.

Use 10 g with 200 ml water. Steep in hot water at 95 °C for 10 seconds. Decant from brewing vessel and set aside leaves for subsequent brewings. Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewings. For best results, discard a rinse of new leaves with a quick preparatory brewing before brewing to drink.
