2022年大益7542普洱茶生茶

The 7542 recipe is among the most recognised and trusted raw Pu'er teas available. It comes from the Menghai Tea Factory, now producing under the TaeTea label. Raw Pu'er uses a natural fermentation process to develop its flavour, and is generally aged for longer.

When stored in cool, dry conditions, Pu'er tea does not degrade. Indeed, many varieties noticeably improve when aged, and are intentionally kept many years before drinking.

Muted bitterness with fruity overtones. Sweetens and smoothens with continued brewings.

Use 10 g with 200 ml water. Steep in hot water at 95 °C for 10 seconds. Decant from brewing vessel and set aside leaves for subsequent brewings. Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewings. For best results, discard a rinse of new leaves with a quick preparatory brewing before brewing to drink.
