This range from Xiao Guan Cha is intended to be modern and minimalist, relying on the quality of the tea itself beyond traditional presentation. Special attention is given to purity during processing, allowing a cleaner flavour and fewer impurities.

When stored in cool, dry conditions, Pu'er tea does not degrade. Indeed, many varieties noticeably improve when aged, and are intentionally kept many years before drinking.

There are notes of jasmine and tangerine atop a really clean base.

Use 8 g with 200 ml water. Steep in hot water at 95 °C for 10 seconds. Decant from brewing vessel and set aside leaves for subsequent brewings. Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewings. This product does not need to go through an initial wash for a clean taste.
